Hampstead House

Key elements of the structural works as part of the refurbishment of a large Edwardian house involved the construction of bespoke glass and steel conservatory and deepening the lower ground floor for a swimming pool.

Complex temporary works and careful sequencing were required to facilitate the major openings in the rear elevation around the swimming pool and conservatory and forming the pool adjacent to the party wall.
